Used to define and project your businesses identity and must be consistent throughout all your channels.

Target audience

It is important to consider who it is you are targeting your product or service at as this will help you understand their needs and therefore drive your message.

Website

A businesses website is now fundamental to its Digital Marketing Strategy. It serves a dual role of presenting branding, message, what is available, and then also the tools to gather valuable information about your existing and target clients.

Social media platforms

Social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter are now vital projecting your message as well as driving clients to your website. It is important to identify those platforms that are most relevant to your target markets.

Newsletters

Email is still the most successful channel for targeting your clients. It is still vital to build your email distribution list since those who chose to give you their email address are those who are most responsive to your message.

Analytics

A vitally important aspect of the Digital Marketing Strategy is the analytical data that must be gathered and understood. This gives us the information to understand who is listening to our message, what strategies are successful and those that are not.
