The only user service this website offers is a “Get in Touch” form. Other than the Get in Touch form the website acts as a reference for TopBamboo Limited and the solution it supports.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. The only information that a user is able to submit is:

  • First Name;
  • Last Name;
  • Company Name;
  • Email address;
  • Reason for contact;
  • A test message;
  • A pitch deck.

All personal data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service;

The Service is under active development. We add, change and occasionally remove features. Where a change materially reduces what the Service does for you, we will tell you in advance where it is reasonable to do so.

Reminders and notifications are a convenience, not a guarantee. They depend on email delivery and other systems outside our control. Please do not rely on the Service as the only safeguard for anything critical.
